I am getting no results for my search query.

Please be sure that the spelling of your search term is correct with no symbols in it. Simply type the song name only or artiste name only and not both.

I would like to upload my music to ugaent.

At the moment, it is not possible to upload any files to ugaent. If you want to list your files in our search, send your song to info@ugaent.com with the requirements listed on the submit song page. We will then upload it for you and within 48 hours you will be able to find it on your next search.

I just get an error message and no file when I click download.

Please send us the error code you see on the error page. Send it to info@ugaent.com. We'll check it and then we will try to fix the error.
